"Pushkinskaya Ploshchad" Printing House" is the largest Russian printing company specializing in high-quality color magazines, newspapers and advertising-promotional printed matter.

Main shareholders of the Printing House are the Bank of Moscow and

the city of Moscow

"GVA Sawyer" was established in January 1993. The Company’s field of activities is to provide the full range of services at the real estate market, including consulting, development, management of construction and operation of buildings, brokerage services, organization of projects financing, creation of customized projects.

LLC “DNK Architectural Group” is the General Designer

"DNK Architectural Group" was established in 2001. The Bureau develops projects of various scale, incorporating multilevel approaches and perceptions into each project. The main principle of design work is to find an interesting and purposefully justified concept and implement it in details.

"Media Center"

"Media Center"  is a 100% subsidiary company of "Pushkinskaya Ploshad" Printing House" OAO, which is authorized to manage the project.

OJSC “Pushkinskaya Ploshchad" Printing House” and GVA Sawyer are grateful to the Moscow Government for active support of the Pechatniki Business Park Project, including the Media Center . Implementation of the Project will not only reduce dependence of the Russian printing industry upon foreign suppliers, it will also safeguard the constitutional rights and freedoms of the Russian citizens to obtain full information in a timely manner in order to ensure the information safety of the society.
