The multipurpose industrial and business center “Media Сenter” will stretch further the area of existing “Pechatniki” Business Park, located in south-east of Moscow and well fit for printing any published materials and distribution of printed matter.

“Pushkinskaya Ploshad” Printing House” will allow to create a large-scale infrastructure center for representatives of media, opening up great possibilities for using the production facilities by publishers and distributors of printed goods. The construction of the center will enable to lay the foundation for new media community formation, which is able to become the most modern and civilized structure of production and distribution of printed goods in Russia.

The project is implemented under an active support of the Government of Moscow.

"Media Center" will include a modern publishing business center with offices, exhibition areas, conference halls and a concert hall. There will also be a parking area and the necessary infrastructure. Entertainment and shopping areas will be popular both tenants of the premises and residents of the neighborhood.

The total area of the complex is 128 704 (including offices areas – 67 390 sq.m., exhibition halls – 1 900 sq.m., conference-halls - 1 200 sq.m., cafes – 580 sq.m., museum of polygraph arts – 150 sq.m., TV-studio – 240 sq.m., radio studio – 110 sq.m., quick printing complex – 150 sq.m., canteens – 2 020 sq.m., shopping spaces  – 7 489 sq.m., fitness centre – 1 500 sq.m., parking garage – 42 725 sq.m., excluding administrative and utility rooms).

The total investment budget of the construction constitutes $ 156 347 thous.
